Mark is the founder and owner of Prospect Therapeutic Massage, as well as Quality of Life Massage & Wellness in Norwich and Rocky Hill. A 2012 honors graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, he brings over a decade of professional experience to his business and leadership.

Mark is trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial techniques, Sports Massage, and Acupressure. At Prospect, he focuses on guiding the team, ensuring clients receive exceptional care, and maintaining high standards of service across all locations.

He has provided massage services for The Spa at Norwich Inn, Vitality Spa in Old Lyme, the Connecticut Sun of the WNBA, and has served as a teaching assistant at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Groton.

Mark is currently available as a therapist in Norwich and Rocky Hill.

Jody is a graduate of Cortiva Institute in Cromwell, Connecticut, with 900 hours of classroom and hands-on clinical training. She specializes in Swedish Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage, and is certified in Reiki and Trauma. Jody is also skilled in Hot Stone, Cupping, Prenatal, Couples, and Aromatherapy massage, providing individualized treatments to support her clients’ physical and emotional well-being.

In addition to her work as a therapist at Prospect, Jody serves as General Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting staff at all three Quality of Life locations. She is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives exceptional care and that each location runs smoothly.

Diana Bentley

Diana is a 2004 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Prenatal, Infant Massage, Hot Stone, and Reiki, and is also a certified yoga instructor.

Diana combines her expertise in massage and wellness with her work as a full-time Speech/Language Pathologist, supporting special needs children ages 3–5. She is passionate about helping clients improve both physical and emotional well-being, providing individualized care that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall health.

She is currently available in Prospect.

Forrest is a graduate with honors from Cortiva Institute and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). He specializes in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point work, Energy Foundations, Myofascial Release, Orthopedic techniques, and Cupping, and is also skilled in Hot Stone, Swedish, and Aromatherapy massage.

Forrest believes massage goes beyond the physical, integrating mindful breathing and take-home self-care suggestions to enhance the long-term benefits of each session. His approach focuses on helping clients improve wellness one step at a time, combining expert technique with individualized care, relaxation, and balance.

He is committed to creating a comfortable and supportive environment where clients can achieve both physical relief and overall well-being.

He is currently available in Prospect.
